Западные политики используют в своих высказываниях и действиях особый (эзотерический) язык, непонятный для «непосвященных».

Разберём несколько особо известных событий.

На символической кнопке, подаренной Х. Клинтон С. Лаврову, было написано «перегрузка» вместо «перезагрузка» не потому, что в госдепартаменте нет грамотных переводчиков, а потому, что ни о какой «перезагрузке» речи с самого начала и не шло. Это была игра: мы, Америка, делаем вид, что в наших отношениях с Россией произойдут перемены, но на самом деле ничего менять не будем. Две «выпавшие» буквы символизируют уловку-двусмысленность, подразумевающую: Россия думает одно, а мы, Америка, имеем ввиду совсем другое.

Когда Дж. Буш-младший на переговорах с В. Путиным жевал жвачку, то это был знак для наблюдателей (через СМИ), что эти переговоры не следует воспринимать всерьез, что это лишь разговоры, которые ничего не значат. «Жевать» — значит разговаривать о том, что и так уже известно. Как-то Буш еще сказал: «Мы (Америка) можем одновременно жевать и ходить». Это значит, что Америка может разговаривать о чем угодно, ничем, однако, себя не связывая. «Ходить» — значит поступать так, как считаешь нужным, не обременяя себя лишними обязательствами.

Что касается «Кирзахстана», то здесь всё просто: когда проходила волна «цветных революций», соответствующая «революция» случилась и в Киргизии. Однако, ожидания Запада, что к власти придут прозападные политики, не оправдались, в конечном счета все в Киргизии осталось так же, как и было. Запад расстроился и устами Дж. Керри произнес слово «Кирзахстан», обозначающее примерно следующее: «этот Киргизстан такой же, как Казахстан, нечего от него ждать».

Тот же Дж. Керри будучи госсекретарем США подарил Сергею Лаврову две картофелины. Что это значит на тайном языке?

Две картофелины, подаренные госсекретарем Дж. Керри министру С. Лаврову, — из той же серии, что и «кнопка Хилари Клинтон» : мы, Америка, разговариваем с Россией языком двусмысленностей, понятных только нам, причем эти двусмысленности примитивного толка, поскольку картошка — «плод» неблагородный, плебейский (а число два в данном случае обозначает опять же уловку и двусмысленность).

Вы спросите, зачем Америке ломать эту комедию? Не проще ли просто сказать: «вы нам не нравитесь, не хотим вас знать»? Как говорил Гоголь в «Мертвых душах», «тут-то и начинается нить завязки романа».

Во-первых, у России есть кое-какие козыри против Америки, которые она может в случае чего выложить. Эти козыри такого рода, что могут радикально подорвать репутацию Америки в глазах мирового и внутреннего американского общественного мнения. Представьте, например, что будет, если Россия со всеми фактами и расчетами, докажет, что американские астронавты никогда не были на Луне? А есть и другие «мелочи», известные России, которые Америка хотела бы скрыть.

Во-вторых, Америке совсем ни к чему, чтобы Россия «отвязалась», то есть начала проводить свою собственную, по-настоящему самостоятельную и независимую от Запада политику. Это только кажется, что Россия именно такую политику сейчас и проводит, на самом деле она все равно «на поводке», хотя и довольно длинном. Этот «поводок» и политический, и экономический. Чтобы Россия и дальше оставалась «на привязи», нужно убедить ее в ее особой значимости для Запада, подчеркнуть ее важную роль в решении мировых вопросов, связать узами экономического и политического «партнерства», убедить в выгодности «сотрудничества».

На деле, в современном мире очень мало стран, которые во всем могли бы обходиться своими силами, Россия — первая из них. Во внешней политике Запада есть такой термин — «страна-изгой». Что было бы, если бы Россия стараниями Запада вдруг превратилась в «страну-изгоя»? Правда заключается в том, что тогда-то она и смогла бы стать действительно независимой, самостоятельной и самодостаточной державой! Все эти «санкции» против России — это «санкции понарошку», потому что Запад не собирается отпускать Россию в «свободное плавание» (тем более, что роль России как «сырьевого придатка» Запада действительно велика). Пока Россия привязана к Западу соображениями экономической и политической выгоды, она не представляет угрозы (так же как и Китай, кстати). Вот госсекретари периодически и ездят в Россию со всякими кнопками, картошками и прочими погремушками, чтобы проверить: не отвязалась ли подопечная?

Вообще, «тайный язык» характерен не только для западных политиков, но и для западных СМИ: например, однажды в новостях какой-то американской телекомпании была показана карта Пакистана с надписью «Украина»; это не было случайностью, поскольку они считают Украину в разных отношениях аналогом Пакистана.
